EdTech Ireland and GDPR: We only hold information requested from you in order to send you the publication/ information described or to administer an advertised event. We treat your information as confidential, hold it securely and will never pass it on to third parties. The exception is our Members database which complies with data protection regulations.

The basis for processing this data is defined by GDPR regulations as contractual/consent/legitimate interest. If you are a Supporter, you can request to see the data that we hold on you at any time and we will remove you from our systems and discontinue contact at your request: If you now longer wish to be a Member of EdTech Ireland simply email member@edtechireland.ie and mark your email 'Unsubscribe'.

What type of information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to publish our website and provide services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
